Prohelpify uses third-party tools like Calendly to facilitate the booking of learning sessions. By booking a session, you agree to adhere to the third-party tool's terms and conditions.
Session Rules
Sessions are conducted via Google Meet or similar tools. Recording of sessions is strictly prohibited by both mentors and users.Users and mentors are expected to engage professionally and respectfully.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling of sessions should be communicated promptly (before at least 12 hours) through the appropriate channels.
3.Responsibilities and Liabilities :
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the required technology and stable internet connection for sessions. Users must prepare for sessions in advance to maximize the learning experience.
Prohelpify's Role
Prohelpify acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, or outcomes of mentor guidance. We are not responsible for disputes between mentors and users.
Limitation of Liability
Prohelpify is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or services.
